2017: Summer research project at University of Leicester: Using IASI satellite data to track Canadian forest fires.
Current Research
My research project is a collaboration between the University of Oxford and the Met Office. I study how eddies and the sea floor affect ocean gyres. I use simple high resolution models to capture the physical processes involved and identify ways to improve ocean forecasting.
